Goals and objectives of WG 2:

• Adoption of internal rules of work in WG 2;
• Determines the amount of work and work plan;
• Summing up the first meeting of WG 2;
• Understanding of a Teachers’ Competency Framework (TCF) and a Staff Appraisal System (SAS) for initial TVET teachers of practical subjects and managers;
• Place of the TCF, SAS to support Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the ITVET system;
• Project tasks in the context of the development and implementation of TCF, SAS and CPD system.
